About

In middle school earth science, students explore a wide variety of topics. Students study middle school earth science with a focus on time. They begin their Earth Science journey with a look at how Earth was formed - and for that purpose, how other planets were formed as well! Next, they look at the formation of continents (pangea) followed by a look at our Earth. Students study important concepts such as plate tectonics, weather, various earth science events (such as earthquakes, volcanoes & tornadoes), as well as concepts which relate biology and earth science such as ecosystems.
